Due to the nature of handmade personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or personal care items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at calmharborstudio.co@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Please note:
- Apparel is made to order and cannot be returned for sizing or preference changes.
- Custom, personalized, and final sale items are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.
